Alyssa + Nathaniel // December Wedding at Magnolia Estate

I remember having my consultation call with Alyssa and Nathaniel back in April. It feels like a lifetime ago, but I will never forge the connection these two had (and still have) with each other. Their laughter was infectious and we spent an hour talking about their story and how much they could not wait to be married to one another. It was so sweet and genuine, and those feelings were all brought to their wedding day.

Alyssa and Nathaniel promised their forevers to each other on a beautiful Friday in December at Magnolia Estate in Miamisburg, Ohio. The sun was shining (a rarity) and there was a wonderful sense of “finally” around everyone there. Their friends were thrilled to be. a part of their day, and Alyssa’s bridesmaids and sisters doted on her as a true queen deserves.

The sweet lovers chose to exchange private vows during their ceremony and tie a knot into a cross to display into their home. This sweet detail made the ceremony so intimate and special. The love in their eyes as they quietly read their personal vows- when I say their eyes literally sparkled I am not joking, it was amazing.

During portraits, the sun put on a wonderful show for us and we got to play with those fun sunset colors, along with the colors in the lightsabers Nathaniel brought with him (one of which he wore during the ENTIRE ceremony). Once again, their love for each other was evident, and it was inspiring.

We closed out the night on the dance floor surrounded by family and friends (and masks… thanks COVID). It was a wonderful ending to the most beautiful day, and if I could relive it forever I absolutely freaking would.
