Liz + Louis Engagement // French Park

Liz and Louis were a lilllllll nervous going into their engagement photos. They expressed concerns about “being awkward”. Friends, I resonate with that. I feel your pain. And because of that, I make it my #1 goal for you to NOT feel awkward during your engagement photos or while I’m capturing your wedding photos. It is my priority numero uno to make you feel happy and confident in front of the camera, and I am so happy I got the opportunity to do that for Liz and Louis during their engagement session.

We started the session with just the two of them for those classic, fun and romantic engagement photos that save the date invites are MADE for. After snuggling and laughing together for a lil bit, their friend brought their pup, Scooter, to join in the fun. He is seriously the best good boy. SO SO SO much energy, but motivated by his mama’s treats and the possibility of being on the cover of doggy Vogue someday. I always tell my clients- do not stress if your pup will not settle, I’ve got your back. It may take 2000 clicks of my shutter but I will do everything I can to get “the photo” and some bloopers along the way (and you may end up treasuring those more).

Getting to work with this sweet little family was an absolute dream come true. We had so so so much fun together and I am anxiously waiting by the phone to hear news of their elopement date being set so that I can pack my bags and join them!
