Amanda + Amy // Surprise Proposal

Amanda reached out to me back in early October to help plan her surprise proposal to Amy. We went through a few different options, but eventually Amanda decided on a beautiful gazebo at Cox Arboretum in Dayton, Ohio. I got there early, hid out behind a rock, warded off other photographers and a woman who was obsessively taking photos of ducks in the pond with her iPhone. The couple arrived, Amanda led Amy to the gazebo and the rest, as you say, is history.
